1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp. Paprika
Honey Garlic Sauce:
1/4 C. Soy Sauce
1/4 C. Honey
1/4 C. Water
1 Tsp. Sesame Oil
2 TBSP Minced Garlic
1/4 Tsp. Ginger Powder
+ 1 TBSP Cornstarch or Arrowroot Powder mixed with 3 TBSP Cold Water
Instructions
How To Make The Wings:
1. Preheat the oven to 425f.
2. Rinse and pat the wings completely dry with paper towels.
3. Place the wings in a large bowl and toss with olive oil to coat. Then add the rub to the bowl and toss to coat.
4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through.
Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:
1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for about 10 minutes, or until it has thickened slightly.
Finish Up:
1. Combine the wings and the sauce in a clean large bowl. Toss to coat. Return the wings to the baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes and broil for 2-3 minutes allowing the sauce to firm up.
2. Allow the wings to cool slightly before serving so the sauce can set up a bit more. Enjoy!
