  • 3/4 cup quick oats
  • 100g soft white wheat berries, milled fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Weigh out 100g soft white wheat berries and mill them fresh.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream together the avocado oil and brown sugar.
  4. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree. Stir until smooth.
  5. Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Stir in the fresh‑milled flour.
  7. Fold in the rolled oats and quick oats.
  8. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips.
  9. Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
