1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 ½ cups pumpkin purée
½ cup avocado oil
¼ cup orange juice
Preheat oven to 325°F and prep your loaf pan.
Weigh and mill 240g soft white wheat berries.
Whisk together the freshly milled flour, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs, sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin purée, avocado oil, and orange juice.
