- 1lb Ground Pork (pork sausage or ground turkey would work well too)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 TBSP maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/8 tsp dried ground sage
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375f. Spray a medium sized shallow baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Use your hands to make sure everything is incorporated, but avoid overmixing. Shape into 1″ balls and place in the baking dish.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked through. Remove from the baking dish immediately to avoid excess grease. Enjoy!
