270 g fresh milled soft white wheat flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

1 cup butter, softened

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

3 cups rolled oats

1 1/2 cups raisins

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line or spray baking sheets.

- Weigh and mill your soft white wheat berries.

- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.

- Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.

- Add the fresh milled flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix gently.
