Ingredients
1/2 Cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
3/4 Cup quick oats
1/4 Cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 Cup plus 2 Tablespoons all purpose flour
1 Tsp baking soda
1 Tsp cinnamon
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Cup granulated sugar
1/2 Cup brown sugar, packed
1 large egg
1 Tsp vanilla
1 TBSP Molasses
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line an 8×8 baking sheet with parchment paper. Set asisde.
- Melt butter and allow to cool for roughly 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients and stir until the batter is well combined.
- Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges are set and the top is a rich, golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool 1-2 hour or until they reach room temperature.
- Remove from baking dish and cut with a large, sharp knife. Serve and enjoy!
