Description

This meatloaf is the perfect week night dinner recipe! So quick to mix up, and with ingredients you likely already have on hand! An easy family favorite for sure! And no partial package of sausage needed!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Meatloaf:

1lb Ground Beef

1/3 C. Milk

2/3 C. Bread Crumbs

1 Egg

1/4 C. Ketchup

2 tsp. Onion Powder

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Pepper

For the Glaze:

2 TBSP Ketchup

1 tsp. Mustard

1 tsp. Worcestershire

Instructions

1.  Preheat oven to 375f. Grease loaf pan. In a medium sized mixing bowl measure out all of the ingredients for the meatloaf. Mix ingredients with your hands until well combined. Be careful not to over work the meat or it can start to get tough.

2.  Press the meatloaf into loaf pan. Use your hands to press it out until it reaches all edges of the pan and is flat across the top.

3.  In small bowl combine the ingredients for the glaze. Mix until well combined. Pour the glaze over the meatloaf and use the back of the spoon to spread it until the top is cover and mostly smooth. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until the center reaches an internal temperature of 165f.
