What you need to make Easy Cottage Cheese and Egg Bake
9 Eggs- We are using fresh eggs from our hens.
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1/2 Cup Chopped Frozen Spinach
1/2 Cup Dehydrated Sun Dried Tomatoes, roughly chopped
1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
1 Tsp. Oregano
1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp. Onion Powder
Chives to garnish
Supplies:
- Medium sized bowl
- Whisk
- Cutting Board
- Knife
- Measuring Cups
- Measuring Spoons
- 9 1/2″ pie pan
How to Make Easy Cottage Cheese and Egg Bake:
Step One:
Preheat oven to 375f. Grease pie pan and set aside. In a medium sized bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Step Two:
Pour the mixture into the pie pan and bake for 25-35 minutes or until the center is no longer jiggly. Garnish with chopped chives and enjoy!
