Easy Cottage Cheese and Egg Bake

This easy recipe is full of flavor and oh so cheesy! And bonus, get ready to use up some of those garden goodies you preserved last year, before the summer garden really gets going!

What you need to make Easy Cottage Cheese and Egg Bake

9 Eggs- We are using fresh eggs from our hens.

1 Cup Cottage Cheese

1/2 Cup Chopped Frozen Spinach

1/2 Cup Dehydrated Sun Dried Tomatoes, roughly chopped

1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/2 Tsp. Salt

1/4 Tsp. Pepper

1 Tsp. Oregano

1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder

1/2 Tsp. Onion Powder

Chives to garnish

Supplies:

  • Medium sized bowl
  • Whisk
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons
  • 9 1/2″ pie pan

How to Make Easy Cottage Cheese and Egg Bake:

Step One:

Preheat oven to 375f. Grease pie pan and set aside. In a medium sized bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Step Two:

Pour the mixture into the pie pan and bake for 25-35 minutes or until the center is no longer jiggly. Garnish with chopped chives and enjoy!
